Winter break camps at Fairfield Museum

Monday 2 / 15, the community is invited to leaves and flowers with storyteller Carolyn Stearns at 2pm to examine the exposure of generations of our country: Letters In Time, to hear stories and games family history abuse (free for Museum members, non-members with free access). Tuesday 2 / 16 from 9-12, children in grades 3-5 are invited storms Sea Shipwrecks & listen to harrowing tales of ships lost at sea and the construction of a ship diorama scene. (Museum members $ 30 non-members: $ 35).

This is Kirsten. It is the American Girl doll that I always knew I would buy for my daughter. Not only does it not look only to our daughter (although Sophie take someone's life for braids that is eating his heart out enough to be braided like Kirsten's), but a Swedish girl living on the border of Minnesota, Back legend reflects that of our ancestors.

Like the first time I experienced on Kirsten, I knew she would become a member of our family.And that, by mitigating its books and accessories (including its norm the crown of Saint Lucia), I wish I had a talent for some of our Swedish heritage with my daughter. But I also knew that at 4 years old, Sophie was far too innocent for her first American Girl doll. So I waited....
