"I have dealt with H & W in Idaho when seeking custody of our niece bio. We have done everything we can to get a permission to a host family in our state and obtain a completed ICPC. H & W has dropped the ball as many times as it regards the ICPC? And then the host family there said they would fight to keep our niece with them. H & W really wanted that more than 1 family while going to RCC to determine the best location for our niece.
