Anyone know a lot about porcelain dolls?

Q: was cleaning the garage and found a beautiful porcelain doll that I forgot I had and have no idea where it came from. The torso is cloth but the head, arms and legs are porcelain. The doll has curly hair and blue eyes.

A: I looked at the picture and the doll was made over the last 15 years in China, it was mass produced and its value is not like the porcelain dolls in old German or French, which are value of 200 to several thousand dollars.

Does anyone know of any porcelain doll collectors in or around Genesee County Michigan?
