Where is the best place to find cheap/stylish size 2 infant baby boy shoes?

Q: My son is 9 months and still a size 2 infant shoe. I do not have much money at all and I'm eager to get cheap / stylish shoes to wear. Anyone have any they want to sell or know of anywhere?

A: My first choice would be Walmart. But I also got my daughter's shoes on ebay too. Very well I might add.
But Wal-Mart seems to be very friendly, fantasy within fantasy.
